SRS is pleased to announce the promotion of Kat Hasten-Reed to Director of Operations – Program Management.
After graduating from Western Illinois University with a bachelor’s degree, Kat began her career as a retail manager with Toys R’ Us then moved into a position as a Regional Trainer. In 2006, she accepted a position with SRS as a Training Coordinator. Since joining Signature Retail Services, she has held a variety of other positions with to include Field Rep, Territory Manger, Dedicated Team Manager and Program Manager all prior to accepting her current role in March 2023 as the Director of Operations. Working with our Executive Leadership team, her goal is to continue learning all aspects of the business, especially as it pertains to Operations. Kat states, “The leadership team at SRS has been my biggest supporter, I truly appreciate everything they have done to help me succeed and for continuously providing opportunities for further growth.”
