Over the past 30 years, Dan has held positions within purchasing, operations, field sales management, project management, construction management and strategic market development. Dan has held varied positions with The Home Depot including Sr. management and purchasing. Dan’s experience has driven him to become familiar with performance analysis, assessment and management at many levels. Dan is a graduate of Southern Illinois University.
Stephen Ignoffo | Executive VP | Signature Group
Steve has spent the last 20 plus years with Signature and has been instrumental in building our company. His main responsibilities include sales, growing and managing the accounts of our customers at key retailers, wholesalers and distributors, increasing market penetration, diversifying our service offering, identifying key channels for expansion and managing our manufacturer’s rep field force. Steve is a graduate of Northern Illinois University.
Michael Chiappetta | CFO | Signature Group
Prior to joining our team in October 2010, Michael was the CFO of a multi-site Midwestern based manufacturer and distributor of concrete related products. Michael’s other career experiences include sixteen years with Sears Roebuck & Co. in various senior, executive finance/accounting roles and seven years at the Chicago based CPA firm – Grant & Thornton. Michael is a CPA, graduated from DePaul University and has an MBA from the University of Chicago.
Reno Fricano | VP of Sales & Marketing | Signature Group
With over 25 years of experience in the Automotive, Commercial Vehicle, Construction and Distribution industries. Reno has extensive experience in multiple disciplines including Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Science, Lean Manufacturing, Sales Management and Quality Engineering. He has held executive positions with industry leaders representing some of the world’s leading manufacturers and distributors of specialty engineered attachment solutions.
Mark Schrey | Vice President of Business Development
With over 30 years experience in the Home Improvement and Industrial Supply Industry, Mark currently oversees all aspects of new business development. Mark started his career as an owner and operator of a large independent Home Center. From there he became a VP/Principal for RPM, a large manufacturer’s rep agency. Mark was most recently a VP with Crossmark, a global sales and marketing firm, before joining our team in 2011.
Jeff Walters | Vice President of Operations
Jeff has been a key member of our team for over 15 years. Jeff oversees our national field management team that is engaged in retail, industrial and wholesale sales and service and is responsible for the day to day operations of the company. Jeff is a graduate of Northern Illinois University.
John Regole | Vice President of Construction Services
John has been in the retail and industrial construction industry for over 17 years. John has been with our team for over 11 years. Prior to joining Signature, John worked as a National Account Manager servicing a variety of customers and managing several different channels to market. John’s current responsibilities include oversight of our construction division, industry diversification and project management. John is a graduate of the UNLV.
Stewart Glisson I Senior Director of Accounts
Stewart has over 14 years of experience in the Home Improvement and Construction Industry and has held executive positions with nationally recognized sales, service and logistics companies working with many leading suppliers and customers nationwide. As a Senior Director of Accounts, he maintains and manages new and existing accounts, regularly calls on client headquarters on behalf of our suppliers and is ultimately responsible for project development and execution. Stewart attended Middle Tennessee State University.
